    Thank you for the update. I unfortunately am one of those players whose purchase never came through.

    I made the mistake of retrying the purchase 2 additional times after the additional attempt because I did not see it come out of my bank account. I checked a few minutes later and noticed it took all 3 payments for the $19.99 combat pack with no reward showing. Am I able to receive a refund for the 2 additional purchases for the same pack that I made believing they were not coming out of my account?

    Thank you for the updates. But I’m one of the people that realised it too late. Already making iOS payment twice before I notice that I haven’t received the package purchase.

    That did the same thing to me. I clicked the restore button and then charged me twice. So I’m wondering if they will reimburse me for the extra amount.

    Just happen to Do the same. Did the same purchase twice. Hopefully My bank Can help me, if they dont respond to My request right away.

    I made 2 purchases, and got nothing for at total of 1298,- dkk. I feel ripped off and If i’m not Well compensated i wont spend a dime more on the game, i mean If you dont get what you pay for, then f••• it.

    Did anybody got allready their reward(purchase) in game yet?
    I made purchase because i want buy warlord what is now in event, but if i dont buy it now, i will wait again several weeks and this is shit. Did anybody do anything from the panoteam?!

    I haven’t received my bonus and no refund. I’ve submitted service requests and have gotten no response.

    Please refund. I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on this game, but I’m going to delete it if things aren’t fixed soon.

    I have the same issue.  I made the same purchase 3 times not realizing the issue.  I received a prompt response to my 1st support ticket on Aug 24 that said to download the latest app update, and my "uncredited rewards will be re-sent throughout the day."  After about 30 hours, on Aug 26, I replied to the support e-mail, but no response.  I found the suggestion to use Restore Purchase in the app under Settings, but after at least 24 hours, no in-game rewards.

    I would like the 1 reward (days earlier, before the issue started, I had already made 1 of 2 purchases successfully) and refunds for the other mistaken purchases.

    If this happened with enough customers, I understand if it takes a while to sort through it all to make sure every customer gets the proper rewards/refunds, and I understand if you (Parnoramik) do not have an ETA yet.  However, an update that you are continuing to sort through this would be appreciated.  It's frustrating to reply to open a ticket/reply to a support e-mail and get no response or update for several days.
