My new Mighty Pass didn’t start even though the cooldown was removed. Why?

The Mighty Pass is a progress reward system, which is active for 21 days (you can see the current duration in the Mighty Pass itself).

During this time, players can collect and earn Mighty Pass Points in order to progress in the Mighty Pass.

If the Mighty Pass is completed and all rewards have been collected before it expires, it will automatically disappear from your Main Screen until the end of the fixed 21-day period.

Between the end of the fixed 21-day period and the start of the next Mighty Pass, there is a one-minute cooldown (daily/weekly quest rewards collected in this one minute will not contribute to your previous or next Mighty Pass progression).
