In the following article, we will discuss some of the possible ways why your communication in-game or account as a whole may be suspended and how to avoid that.

Preserve the decency of a true hero after another failed Journey attempt against a vile creature, that only seeks to insult you. And be an icon of discipline and respect, no matter the odds of another Turf War to your fellow guild teammates and opponents.
Please note, that the communication in Mighty Party is based on the principles of the mutual respect. We, the Mighty Party team, are constantly working our hardest to make our game a better place, which is why we set up the following rules, and they are necessary to be followed by every player of our game if they plan to stick around. The choice is yours, but we’re here to help you stay on the proper path.
If you take part in behavior that’s disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory, you can be banned from communicating in-game or even be temporarily or permanently banned from the game itself.
While communicating in-game, avoid:
- Use of any insults or profanity (both openly and covertly), any provocation, or provocation towards other players in order to make them break the rules.
- Promotion of violence and discrimination on racial, national, religious or any other grounds. Additionally it is prohibited to spread any information that violates the law of the player's country or moral and ethical standards.
- Unsolicited messages, spamming (meaningless messages of the same type or repeating messages that do not carry a semantic load).
- Broadcast of advertisements of any kind, including promotion of any links and external sites.
- Spread of deliberately false information.
- Uses of nicknames that contain:
- Obscene words and impressions (including profanity),
- Words and phrases that violate the law of the player's country or norms of moral and ethical standards,
- Words or phrases that are trying to impersonate any of the names of the Mighty Party team members.
Types of penalties and reasons for them, that may be applied by the Mighty Party team if player chose not to follow the above rules as well as penalties for other actions like cheating in-game, or use of any 3rd party software to player's advantage while playing:

Warning:
- Profanity (including veiled), insults;
- Violation of the above rules.
- Temporary chat suspension:
- Profanity (including veiled), insults;
- Flood (meaningless messages of the same type or repeating messages that do not carry a semantic load, advertisement;
- Begging;
- Violation of the above rules.
- Temporary account suspension:
- Impersonating any staff of the Mighty Party team;
- Use of any 3rd party software/hardware for manipulation or automation of the game process, creation or suspicion of creation of bot accounts;
- Renaming of guild or account names:
- Profanity (including veiled) in guild or player names;
- Use of the names that impersonate any members of the Mighty Party team.
- Permanent (unlimited) complete restriction of access to the game:
- Repeated use of any 3rd party software/hardware for manipulation or automation of the game process, creation or suspicion of creation of bot accounts;
- Selling or offering to sell in-game items, including in-game accounts and currency, for real money;
- Use of other person account, changing someone else's account information, account exchange in any form;
- In-game cheating, violation of the basic game rules;
- Intentional hiding and use of the in-game bugs for player’s advantage ;
- Multiple and repetitive violation of the above rules.
